The Science Park is an interactive museum of over 70,000 m2 located a few short minutes from the historic city centre of Granada, with one of the most varied offers for cultural and scientific leisure in Europe.

Macroscopio

The Macroscopio is a new building which has been added to the Science Park installations. The different exhibition spaces extend out from the large entrance hall.

The Pavilion for Journey through the Human Body. A trip from the origin of life and all the way to the human anatomy.

The Al-Andalus Science Pavilion. The scientific legacy of al-Andalus is placed within your reach.

Foucault’s Pendulum Building / Planetarium

Mechanics, physics, chemistry and geology are the starring themes in the exhibition halls of this building, in which it is “forbidden to not touch”.

The Biosphere Hall. This is the central area of the Foucault’s Pendulum Building and it is structured around the themes of life on our planet and biological diversity.

The Eureka Hall. Physics is the central theme of this space, in which the visitor may play with a gyroscope or experience the force of the air, among other exhibits.

The Hall of Perception. The attractions of this hall allow you to play with light and sound, see how the brain fools us and enter a gigantic kaleidoscope.

Exploration Hall. Experiences, sensations and games in order to awaken the curiosity of children from 3 to 7 years old, helping them to better understand themselves and the world around them.

Planetarium. Enjoy an exciting journey through the universe, with a projection of over 7.000 stars.

Outside / Tropical Butterfly House / Birds of prey in flight

The Science Park is open to the outdoors with over 27,000 m2 of green spaces. The Garden of Astronomy, the Dynamic Sculptures, the Zone of Energies, the mechanic and perception modules and other open-air games all comprise the exterior activities.

Observation Tower. A viewpoint over the City of Granada where one can experience science and technology.

Tropical Butterfly Garden. Observe the butterfly life cycle live and up-close. Over 20 different tropical species.

The Flying Predators Workshop. Get to know the ecology and biology of predator birds.

Botanical Routes. Sample the biological diversity of the Mediterranean’s vegetation.
