Scholar groups or groups of more than 15 people must book in advance their visit on-line via the application form. Parque de las Ciencias will consider the request and an email confirmation will be sent with the final date and time of the visit. One instructor for every 15 pupils must accompany the group.

All visitors will receive an introduction of about 10 minutes and they should know the recommendations and rules for the visit. The school groups will make the visit with a guide and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a very unique space where the priority is the welfare of living beings hosting. We must all ensure a quiet environment. For that:

– It is allowed to take photos without a flash, but do not use selfie sticks or tripods
– Do not touch plants or animals, or hit the glass.
